NPDA Privacy and Refund Policies
The National Portfolio Day Association is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its online visitors and vendors. This policy statement provides visitors with an overview of the measures we have taken to provide a safe online environment.
Analytics: The National Portfolio Day Association collects information about online visitors to improve the site and its services. This site makes no attempt to identify individual visitors based on any personal information.
Personal Information: Information collected by the NPDA will not be shared with third parties. We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise distribute personally identifiable information. We will also retain the information only as long as necessary for normal operations. Email requests for information are directed to the appropriate staff to respond to the request and are not used for any other purposes.
Technical Security: Technical Security: Reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect personal information. The NPDA’s website, as well as third-party payment service software, is hosted in a secure-server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
Refunds: Refund requests should be submitted directly to the National Portfolio Day Association Treasurer. The NPDA tries to honor all legitimate refund requests. However, the NPDA retains the right to deny requests, at the Association’s discretion. Please do not submit payment without reviewing all costs carefully.
